We offer a wide range of services to help you manage your healthcare benefits with ease, including:

• Assistance finding doctors/specialists near you
• Questions about a bill of Explanation of Benefits (EOB) you received
• Provide real-time answers to healthcare and benefit questions, including plan coverage
• Help with prescriptions, diagnosis, procedures, or medications
• Assist with nominating a provider to become in-network or agreeing to pricing prior to appointment/procedure
• If you go to a provider that requires full payment upfront, you can submit the claim for reimbursement to membersupport@valentine.insure
• Assistance finding a facility for X-ray, Ultrasound, Mammogram, MRI, CT scan, etc.
• Estimation of portion owed for healthcare services
• Assistance with dental, vision, disability, life, and all other benefits

Deductible will be waived for team members who engage with the care team upon diagnosis of the following conditions and enroll in the care program:

• Cancer
• Severe Cardiac Disease (A-fib, pulmonary embolism, chronic heart disease, etc.)
• Diabetes with complications
• Chronic Kidney Disease
• Severe Neurological disease (MS, Epilepsy, etc.)
• Severe Gastrointestinal Disease (Crohn’s, Fatty liver)
• HIV
• Coordinate medical appointments, communicate with caregivers, and keep medical documents organized
• Provide an understanding of specific condition symptoms and treatments
• Work with providers and explain your benefit package
• Provide clarity on covered benefits and associated costs

The care team also partners expectant mothers with specialized nurses to help answer questions, conduct risk screening, provide emotional support, and case management of complicated pregnancies.
