We offer a wide range of services to help you manage your healthcare benefits with ease, including:
- Provide real-time answers to healthcare and benefit questions, including plan coverage
- Assistance finding doctors/specialists near you
- Estimation of portion owed for healthcare services
If you go to a provider that requires full payment upfront, you can submit the claim for reimbursement to membersupport@valentine.insure
- Help with prescriptions, diagnosis, procedures, or medications
- Assistance finding a facility for X-ray, Ultrasound, Mammogram, MRI, CT scan, etc.
- Questions about a bill of Explanation of Benefits (EOB) you received
- Assistance with dental, vision, disability, life, and all other benefits
- Assist with nominating a provider to become in-network or agreeing to pricing prior to appointment/procedure
Specialty Nurse Care Team
We can connect you with a nurse care team to provide personalized care and support for serious medical conditions.
Deductible will be waived for team members who engage with the care team upon diagnosis of the following conditions and enroll in the care program:
- Cancer
- Severe Cardiac Disease (A-fib, pulmonary embolism, chronic heart disease, etc.)
- Provide an understanding of specific condition symptoms and treatments
- Severe Neurological disease (MS, Epilepsy, etc.)
- Diabetes with complications
- Severe Gastrointestinal Disease (Crohn’s, Fatty liver)
- HIV
- Coordinate medical appointments, communicate with caregivers, and keep medical documents organized
- Work with providers and explain your benefit package
- Provide clarity on covered benefits and associated costs
- Chronic Kidney Disease
Healthy Beginnings Maternity Program
From the beginning of your pregnancy, our specialists are here to connect you to resources.
The care team also partners expectant mothers with specialized nurses to help answer questions, conduct risk screening, provide emotional support, and case management of complicated pregnancies.
*Assistance can be provided in all languages. If you speak a language other than English or Spanish, a translation service will be used to best assist you.
